Sizing, delivery, returns and repairs

The field jacket and flannel are cut relaxed and the parka is roomy — all three product pages tell you to size down if you want them closer. Every page lists garment length and inseam in centimetres rather than only S/M/L.
Yes. Everything is cut on one block in XS to XXL, and the size chart gives chest, waist and length in centimetres so you can match it against something you already own rather than guessing from a label.
Free over $120 worldwide, otherwise a flat $12. Three to five working days in Europe, five to eight elsewhere, with duties calculated at checkout so nothing is owed on arrival.
Thirty days, free, unworn with tags on. Exchanges ship as soon as you tell us the size — you do not wait for the return to arrive back before the replacement leaves.
Yes, at any point in the garment's life, free. Seam re-stitching, zip and button replacement, and re-waxing the waxed jacket. Send it in and we will tell you honestly if it is beyond repair rather than charging you to find out.
