Every formula is fragrance-free and built around barrier support, which is where most sensitivity actually originates. We still recommend patch testing on the inner forearm for two days if you react easily.
Cleanse, treat, moisturise. Start with the cleanser and the barrier moisturiser alone for two weeks, then add one serum. Adding several at once makes it impossible to tell what is working.
Yes to both, without exception. We combine skin-identical actives with a small number of botanicals, and we do not test on animals or sell in markets that require it.
Hydration and comfort change within about two weeks. Texture and tone take six to eight weeks of consistent use, because that is roughly two full cell turnover cycles.
