Three seasons.

is remade.
Cloth
Every page names the mill.
The mill, by name
Fox Brothers, Marzotto, Taroni, Drago, Libeco, Johnstons. Not 'premium Italian wool' — the actual mill, on the actual product page.
The weight, in gsm
The single most useful number on a garment page and the one most stores leave off. A 540 gsm coat and a 260 gsm coat are not the same garment.
How many were cut
Forty coats. Ninety knits. Thirty of the linen dress. The run size is printed because it is the reason a season closes.
Flat measurements, one stated size
Taken flat on a size 2, in centimetres, on every product. Grading is on the sizing page.
How a season happens
Four steps, twice a year.
01
Buy the cloth first
The roll comes before the pattern. What the mill has that season decides what gets made, which is backwards from how most labels work and the reason nothing can be repeated.
02
Draw and toile
Every new pattern is cut in calico and worn for a week before it is cut in cloth. Most of them do not survive that week.
03
Cut the whole roll
One cut, one run. Forty coats or ninety knits — whatever the roll yields. There is no second cut and no reorder.
04
Close the season
When it is gone it moves to the archive and stays visible there. The archive is a record of what the label has made, not a waiting list.

Why we buy the cloth before we draw the pattern
It sounds backwards and it is. It is also the only reason a season can genuinely close.

Two coats can both say 'wool' and be different objects. Here is the number that tells them apart.

“Bought Coat 04 because the page told me it was 540 gsm and unlined. Both true. Nobody else prints that.”

The label
Short answers.
No. The cloth was one roll and the pattern is retired. If archive meant 'maybe later' it would just be a waiting list, so it does not.
It is the only carry-over. The pattern stays and the cloth changes each season. Everything else is made once.
Every product prints flat measurements taken on a size 2, in centimetres. Compare them to a garment you already own — that is more reliable than any size chart.
How many were cut from the roll. Forty coats means forty exist. It is printed because it is the reason a season closes.
Yes, in-house, for the life of the garment, on anything the label has made — including archive pieces. Post it to us and we will quote before starting.
SS in February, AW in August. There is nothing in between, and there are no mid-season drops.
SAISON
Buy it now or read about it later.
Two seasons a year, one cut per pattern, and the whole record left online afterwards. That is the entire proposition.
