How the price is built
Gold value, making charge, GST. Three numbers, all of them printed.
Gold value
Gross weight × the 22kt rate on the day you order. The weight is on the product page before you add to bag, not discovered at the counter.
Making charge
A percentage of the gold value, shown as its own line. Hand jadau runs 30%, machine-set runs 8-12% — if a jeweller will not tell you which, that is the answer.
Rate locked 24 hours
Gold moves overnight. The rate at the moment you order is held for a full day, so the price you decided on is the price you pay.

916 means 91.6% pure gold — 22 karat. BIS is the assaying authority, and since 2021 every hallmarked piece also carries a six-digit HUID you can look up on the BIS site to confirm the assay office, the jeweller and the purity independently of us.
They track labour, not gold. Machine-set pieces run 8-12%. Hand kundan runs about 25%. Jadau — where the gold is worked around each uncut stone — runs 30% and takes fourteen weeks. We print the number on every product page so you can compare it against anyone.
Yes, for 24 hours from the moment the order is placed. On a made-to-order suite the rate locks when the advance is paid, not at delivery — so a rising market is our problem, not yours.
Exchange against any purchase at the prevailing gold rate on the gross weight, minus the original making charge. Outright buyback is the prevailing rate minus 8%. We weigh the piece in front of you and show the arithmetic.
Indian bangle sizing runs 2.2 to 2.10. Measure around the widest part of your hand with the thumb tucked in, then match it to the chart on the product page. For a made-to-order suite we size at the first appointment.
Every order ships fully insured to its declared value, signature required, anywhere in India. High-value pieces go by insured courier with a two-hour delivery window agreed by phone.
