Updated June 2026. We're a small studio — we don't sell your data, ever. Here's exactly what we collect and why.
What we collect
Your name, email, shipping address, and order history. That's it. No tracking pixels from third parties. No Google Analytics. No Facebook pixel.
Why we collect it
To ship your order, send you updates, and remember your preferences if you create an account. We use Stripe for payment — they handle card data, not us.
Who we share it with
Our shipping carriers (CTTL, UPS, DHL), our payment processor (Stripe), and our email service (Resend). Nobody else. We never sell or rent your data.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete it at any time. Email hello@coolses.studio and we'll action within 48 hours.
How long we keep it
Order data for 7 years (tax requirement). Account data until you delete it. Marketing emails until you unsubscribe.
Cookies
One session cookie for your cart. That's it. No tracking cookies, no third-party scripts.
