We send a return label with every order. Send it back within 30 days, unworn, with original tags, and we'll refund within 48 hours of receipt.

How it works

   Open the order and tap 'Return'. We'll email a prepaid label within minutes.

2. 02

   Pack and print

   Use the original packaging if you can. Stick the label on the outside.

3. 03

   Drop at any carrier point

   CTTL, UPS, DHL — wherever's closest. You'll get a tracking link.

4. 04

   Refunded within 48 hours

   Of receipt at our studio. Back to the original payment method.

What we can't take back

Worn, washed, or altered pieces. Earrings (hygiene). Final-sale items. Anything we can't put back in stock.
