We come out, look at the space properly, and write down what your clean actually needs. Free, and it takes about twenty minutes.
One number, agreed before anything starts. If the job turns out bigger when we arrive, we absorb it — you never get a surprise on the day.
A trained crew, a written checklist, and products included in the price. Most homes take two to three hours. Offices are cleaned after hours so your team never walks into it.
We go through it with you, fix anything we missed, then book the next visit. Around eight in ten customers keep a regular slot.
What we stand on
Your slot belongs to people, not to whoever is free. A cleaner who has been in your house twenty times sees the thing that needs doing without being told.
We quote after a walkthrough and we do not move. If the job turns out bigger when we arrive, that is our problem and not an invoice.
Every clean ends with us going through it with you, room by room, before anything is signed off. It is the only part anyone ever sees, so it is the part we do first.
What we do
Kitchen, bathrooms, floors and surfaces on a weekly or fortnightly slot. The same crew every time, so nobody re-explains the house.
Inside appliances, behind furniture, skirting boards, light fittings, grout and limescale. The twice-a-year job, done properly.
Inventory-ready handover cleans, usually the day before you hand the keys back. Deposit-friendly paperwork on request.
Degreasing, filter and hood interiors, oven racks, and a degreaser that does not leave a smell behind.
Limescale, grout restoration, sealant treatment and mould removal with the right product for the surface.
Interior glass, sills and frames. Streak-free, done with a proper pole on anything above ground floor.
Hot-water extraction for carpets, and a low-moisture clean for sofas and mattresses that will not dry out.
Full strip-down where it is needed, glass doors degreased, racks soaked, and the smell gone — not masked.
Desks, shared kitchens, washrooms and meeting rooms, cleaned after your team leaves and ready before they arrive.
Canopy filters, floors, walls and waste handling to the standard an environmental health inspection expects.
Consumables restocked, a usage log kept, and a monthly report your landlord or client actually reads.
Showroom, studio or meeting-space resets between bookings, often on a two-hour turnaround.

Reviews
“Three years, same two people, and I have never once come home to a problem. They text when they are running late, which nobody else does.”
Marta Oyelowo
Weekly clean, SE15
“The end of tenancy clean got our full deposit back with no deductions. They sent the inventory checklist back with photos attached.”
Daniel Restrepo
End of tenancy, E8
“Our studio gets reset overnight between bookings. Twice-weekly stops, and the team walks in to it looking presentable, which was the whole point.”
Priya Chandrasekhar
Studio management, N1
“Quoted one price and stuck to it even when my mother added two rooms at the last minute. That is the only reason we are still with them.”
Tom Whelan
Fortnightly deep clean, N16
“They found mould behind the wardrobe that two other companies had walked past twice. Fixed it properly and showed me the photographs every month after.”
Beatrice Lam
Bathroom treatment, SE1
“Booked at eight in the evening, gone before my team arrives, and the studio always looks like the photographs on their site. That is the whole review.”

Before you book
No. Most of our customers are at work. We lock the door on the way in and send a photo of every room when we finish, so you can check before you get back.
Tell us within 24 hours and we come back and put it right at no charge. We would rather re-clean than lose a recurring customer.
Yes, everything is included in the price — vacuum, mop, steam, and a proper professional-grade product for each surface. Nothing to buy and nothing to store.
Every operative is DBS-checked and covered by our public liability and employers' liability cover, both documented and available on request before we start.
No. Recurring bookings roll month to month and you can cancel with a week's notice. The only thing we ask is that we agree the price before we start.
Inner and wider north London by default. If you are just outside, ask — we travel for larger jobs and are honest when a visit is not worth the journey.
