End of tenancy
Inventory-ready handover, usually the day before you hand the keys back. Deposit-friendly paperwork and photos on request.
Kitchen specialist
Degreasing, filter and hood interiors, oven racks soaked, and a degreaser that leaves no smell behind.
Bathroom & mould
Limescale, grout restoration, sealant treatment and mould removal with the right product for the surface.
Window & glass
Interior glass, sills and frames, streak-free, with a proper pole on anything above ground floor.
Carpet & upholstery
Hot-water extraction for carpets and a low-moisture clean for sofas and mattresses that will not dry out.
Oven & range
Full strip-down where needed, glass doors degreased, racks soaked and the smell gone rather than masked.

How it works
Four steps, and you approve the price first.
Walkthrough
We come out, look at the space properly, and write down what your clean actually needs. Free, and about twenty minutes.
Fixed quote
One number, agreed before anything starts. If the job is bigger when we arrive, we absorb it.
The clean
A trained crew, a written checklist, and products included. Homes take two to three hours; offices are done after hours.
Walkthrough & repeat
We go through it with you, fix anything we missed, then book the next visit. Eight in ten customers keep a regular slot.

Before you book.
Do I need to be home?
No. We lock up on the way in and send a photo of every room when we finish, so you can check before you get back.
What if I am not happy?
Tell us within 24 hours and we come back and put it right at no charge.
Do you bring equipment?
Yes — vacuum, mop, steam and a professional product for each surface, all included in the price.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. Recurring bookings roll month to month and cancel with a week's notice.
