Walkthrough
Free, twenty minutes, and a written note of what the space actually needs.
Our standard
Most cleaning companies are judged on the visible surfaces, because those are the ones a customer can check in thirty seconds. We are judged on everything behind and underneath them, because that is what actually decides whether a house feels clean or merely wiped down. That means filter hoods, the inside of the oven, behind the sofa, under the beds, the grout lines that everyone else skips, and the sealants that go mouldy if nobody treats them. It also means the walkthrough at the end is not a formality — it is the product, and we will not leave until it passes.
Regular slots go to the same two or three people, so your house does not get re-explained weekly.
Fixed quote from a proper walkthrough. If the job turns out bigger on the day, we absorb it.
Every operative DBS-checked and covered, with documentation available before we set foot inside.
