Returns & Refunds

Every order comes with a 60-day home trial. Wear them on your commute, at your desk, on a flight. If they don't earn a place in your life, start a return within 60 days of delivery.

Email care@aure.com with your order number, or start it from your account under Orders. We'll send a prepaid label within one business day.

Pack the headphones with their case and tips. Original box is appreciated but not required.

Once your return reaches our Copenhagen studio and passes a quick check, we refund the full amount to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Return shipping is free within our standard regions. You'll get an email at every step.

If a fault appears within the 2-year warranty, we repair or replace at no cost. This is separate from the trial and has no time-window beyond the warranty term.

Ear tips and cleaning accessories are non-returnable once opened, for hygiene reasons. Products damaged by misuse fall outside the trial and warranty.
