Terms of Service

An order is confirmed once you receive our confirmation email. Prices are shown in your local currency and include applicable taxes where required.

If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full — we'll always tell you first.

We accept major cards and the express wallets shown at checkout. Payment is captured when your order ships. All transactions are encrypted end to end.

Every AURÉ product carries a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. It does not cover accidental damage, wear on ear cushions, or unauthorised repairs.

Warranty claims are handled by emailing care@aure.com with your order number.

Take your headphones home and live with them. If they're not for you within 60 days, return them for a full refund under our returns policy.

Don't misuse the store — no scraping, resale fraud, or interfering with the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

AURÉ is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
